Gym Timetable

The Mansfield Gym is located at 13 Highett St, Mansfield. We conduct personal training and a range of group exercise sessions. You can also use our facility for your own program.

Morning Madness
For those who like to start their day early. Three different sessions including Fit ball, Circuit , Spir Bikes and a little boxing.

 

Use it or Lose it
These sessions are designed for the mature clients and include exercises to assist in maintaining strength & mobility.

 

Body Tone

As the name suggests, short and sharp intervals to boostg that metabolism. BYO sense of humour.

 

Spin Cycle

Improve your cardio withut the hassle of traffic, wind or rain!

 

Cardio-X

Sessions designed to provide a cardio workout with some strength training.

 

Circuit

The all over work out, combining interval training principals for time efficiency.

 

Latte Set

Get a natural (caffeine free) high with this all over body workout. Incorporating Cardio, Fitball and Strength.

 

Boxing Circuit

Get ready to Huff & Puff, great for the core, calves and arms.
