Mansfield Gym - Timetable

The Mansfield Gym is located at 13 Highett St, Mansfield. We conduct personal training and a range of group exercise sessions. You can also use our facility for your own program.

Mansfield Gym session details

Boxing
Develop your cardio,core strength,agility and improve your coordination with this fast paced session which will test your skills

Cardio-X
These sessions are designed for those who want a cardio workout and physical conditioning regime based on "training smarter - not necessarily harder"

Circuit
This is a full body workout. A circuit involves working on each exercise station for a predetermined time (e.g. 50 seconds) then moving to the next station.

FITBALL
The tool may give the impression this is an easy session, however don't be fooled. A session on the Fitball will allow you to effectively use your core muscles and also elevate your heart rate into a training zone.

Kick n Punch
A high intensity session which combines pads and mitts.

Morning Madness
Three mornings, a different workout on each one. Fitball, Circuit and Kick n Punch.

Mums+
These are known as mystery sessions. Whilst the general emphasis is on improving core strength, the activities undertaken vary each day.

Spin
Using bikes with varying resistances and leg speed. Guaranteed to get the heart pumping.

Stretch n Flex
We all know the feeling associated with tight muscles and joints. This session is designed to decrease muscle tension and increase your range of movement.

Use it or Lose it
As the name suggests, this session is aimed at the mature end of the population. The sessions have an emphasis on mobility and "falls prevention"

Yummy Mums
Drop the kids and head on in to regain fitness and shape. Designed for the young and young in spirit!
